    • Good flair of using Microsoft office products viz., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and other project management tools.
    • Exceptional skills in Project Management, Process Management, Team Management and Customer Management
    • 4+ years of work estimation, project scheduling, resource monitoring and adhering to delivery schedules, risk planning experience is essential.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated project management experience of more than 4 years - handling teams larger than 15 members.
    • Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle
    • Familiarity and prior experience in implementing at least one project in the domains mentioned above.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Requirement understanding, requirement specification creation, software design, effort estimation, project monitoring and oversight, team building and performance management.
    • Need to handle the projects independently
    • Interfacing and interaction with clients and account management.

  8. Technical Document writer :

    Responsibilities Include

    • Creation of technical documents viz., user manuals, reference manuals, installation guides, training manuals, product presentations and related material for the software products being developed/customized by the development team
    • Content generation for software products being developed/ customized for web publishing

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Graduate in Science with 70% and above (this may be relaxed for those with longer experience) .
    • Post graduate or PG Diploma in English with 65% and above
    • Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in creating the technical documents (as outlined in the responsibilities section above)
    • Good flair of using Microsoft office products viz., Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Excellent Writing Skills
    • Good Communication Skill
    • Pursuing or Completed - Technical Writing Course

  9. Quality Management Group :

    Responsibilities Include
    Quality Control/Assurance Activities:

    • Identification of products to be inspected at vendor’s premises, interaction with the vendors & comparing technical specifications.
    • Monitoring and maintaining the Quality of both raw and finished goods materials.
    • Preparation of Quality plan, Implementing QMS, Process controls, and QA activities., Interacting with Engineering team during finalization of technical specifications.
    • Monitoring the design/test specifications and test methods Regularizing dispatch, production, QC&QA activities.Maintaining of return and reject materials and its consumptions.
    • Conducting the Internal Quality Audits for effective monitoring of process & Quality System Implementation (ISO 9001:2000) Implementing SQC Techniques and Process Control Charts for controlling and improving the process capabilities. Identify training requirement for QA resources & Preparing QA reports for monthly/ quarterly / hly for MIS.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • B Tech / B E (ECE)
    • Should have experience of 10 - 15 yrs, in quality management QC, QA, management
    • Experience as MR is an advantage
    • Candidate from Electronics & Communication industry is preferred


  10. Business Development Group : Marketing executives/ Asst Manager / Sr Manager

    Essential Qualifications:

    • MBA - 1,BE/Btech(ECE)
    • Identifying business opportunities, dealing with government bodies in submission of Tenders
    • Preparation of Tenders
    • Should have knowledge in defence project / experience in defence projects is preferred
    • Should have Tech knowledge& excellent communication skills
    • Experience of 3-5yrs in Defence marketing is as added advantage


  11. Head Production

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Managing all the production planning activities, and coordinating with all other departments to achieve the production targets on the shop floor.
    • Managing and guiding all the subordinates according to production planning schedules and inventory management.
    • Exposure to 5S and KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies.
    • Full responsibility for implementation achievements maintenance and maintenance of production norms on an on going basis.
    • Down time and non productivity analysis.
    • Quality and standard operating procedures.
    • Coordination with other departments for spares, maintenances utilities, and with quality departments.
    • Monitor the working of sections frequently for any abnormalities and give guidance to the subordinates, if required.
    • Allotment of Work Schedule to the workers according to planning schedule.
    • Achieving of Norm Production Targets.
    • Trouble Shooting of Breakdown Machinery Works.
    • Preventive and Break down Maintenance of machinery.
    • Checking of required Quality parameters as per I.S.O standards.
    • Motivation of Workers about their woks and improving their efficiency for Organization growth.
    • Handling of manpower & Coordination with Quality and Maintenance teams
